Activities

The Society arranges member meetings related to Jussi and encourages singing in the spirit of Jussi. At our meetings many of Jussi’s colleagues from the 1930s and forward have taken part. Our Society also tries to give our members insight in the music and opera life that existed before and during Jussi’s career.

In the Society are some of the world’s foremost connoisseurs of the Art of Jussi, who will further deepen your insight.

Recurrent programmes, besides the member meetings, are our summer concerts at Skansen, Kungsträdgården, Voxnabruk and Strömsbruk in Hälsingland… In 2013 we also arranged a concert at Liseberg in Gothenburg.
